Where can I purchase from?


My online shop is currently undergoing a big re-stock and will be open again in late April.


You can purchase through my local stockists Browns General Store in Padington and The Plant Bunker, Brisbane. 

Do you wholesale?

Yes, I can supply wholesale for a small selected range of stores that are suited to my product. Please email me and I will get back to you. Please note I do not work on consignment, all wholesale orders have a minimum value to qualify and must be paid in full prior to shipping. If you are an interior designer, architect, editor, styling or props consultant please contact me directly for more info on my trade pricing structure and policies.

Do you make custom orders?

As all my work is produced by hand in small batches, I can create custom orders in larger batches for restaurants, cafes, weddings etc. however a  clear brief, agreement on samples/project design and full payment is required prior to production.

What is the returns policy?

All orders are considered final unless there is a defect or damage apparent. I truly want for you to be happy with your purchase. Please consider that each piece is handmade and therefore will incur both natural and intentional variations. Descriptions, materials, approximate measurements and design details are provided to the best of my ability and computer formatting, however each piece holds its own handmade character. If you have any queries, please contact me prior to ordering as I can not provide refunds for change of mind. In the rare event that your order was damaged in transit, please notify me by email with in 48 hrs of receiving your order upon receipt with a photograph attached as proof of damage. I will go my best to ensure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

How quickly will my order arrive? 

Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days via Sendle or alternate courier service. Most domestic orders within Australia arrive within 5-7 business days from date it is sent, however some remote or longer distance areas may take a few extra days (eg. Perth up to 10 business days). All orders are sent with email tracking, so you can see when it will arrive. If your order is delayed please contact me and I will follow this up for you immediately.

If a custom order, wholesale order or items are not in stock then it can take 6-8 weeks for your order to be produced depending on the scale and type. The handmade process of ceramics can not be rushed as many factors are out of control so from time to time items can break in the final kiln firing stages (yes this is extremely frustrating). If this happens, you will be notified immediately and given the choice to substitute another item or for it to be shipped to you on a back order whether to together or separately at no additional cost to you.

Do you ship internationally? I'm sorry I can not ship internationally at this time.

What if my order gets damaged, lost in transit or returned to me? 

If your order was damaged in transit, please notify me by email within 24hrs of receiving your order with a photograph attached as proof of damage. I will make sure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. If you would like to take out insurance, please advise upon ordering.

Skye & Kate Designs are not liable for any lost or stolen packages once the item has been transferred to the shipping carrier and can not be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may incur if the package is returned due to customer absence, error in shipping address or package refusal. All packages are dispatched with a mandatory “signature on delivery” note to the courier service. You must be present at the address you provide at checkout to receive the item.

Please note: Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and must be sent to a street address.It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any international countries import taxes, duty's or fees. All authority to leave parcels are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any special notes you would like to tell the drive can be added. Just mention them in the notes section of the checkout & I will ensure it is included in your order.
